Every aspect of asbestos/lead assessment and management can be addressed, from building surveys to the abatement design and monitoring. In addition, SEI is experienced in the design of building restorations and serving as a liaison with federal and state regulators. SEI helps clients comply with all applicable regulations, including General and Construction Industry Asbestos Standards, the National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPS), the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), and local air pollution control district rules and regulations.
